Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the services of Incredible Journeys (“Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance payment. The balance amount must be paid as per the payment schedule communicated at the time of booking. We accept UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cheques. A booking confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp once payment is verified.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change based on availability, season, and currency fluctuations (for international packages). The price at the time of booking confirmation will be honoured. Prices are per person unless explicitly stated as “per couple”.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows: 30+ days before departure — 10% of total cost or ₹2,000 (whichever is higher), 15-29 days before departure — 25% of total cost, 7-14 days before departure — 50% of total cost, less than 7 days or no-show — no refund. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Travel Documents

Travellers are responsible for carrying valid identity documents (Aadhaar, passport, etc.) as required. For international travel, a passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of travel is mandatory. Visa approval is at the discretion of the respective embassy/consulate; we do not guarantee visa issuance.

6. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is included in international packages and optional for domestic packages. We strongly recommend all travellers purchase adequate travel insurance. Claims must be filed directly with the insurance provider.

7. Itinerary Changes

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, road/flight cancellations, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make every effort to provide suitable alternatives in such cases.

8. Liability

Incredible Journeys acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers (hotels, airlines, transport). We are not liable for service failures, accidents, injuries, or losses caused by third-party providers. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked services.

9. Code of Conduct

Travellers must behave responsibly, respect local customs and laws, and follow instructions from tour guides and drivers. We reserve the right to terminate a tour without refund if a traveller’s behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or illegal.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
